EU Angry USA not Participating in the Paris Climate Agreement

Remind the EU that the usa purchases 75% of all product values made on the planet. Our economy is strong and we can grow or manufacture most products to be self sufficient (except for coffee, chocolate, some mined ore). All usa needs to do is making low cost loans to entrepreneurs and push buy american. Major personal tax reductions will offset any price increases from purchasing usa products.
