Why Trump can stop radical islamist terrorists from coming to the USA based upon what region of the planet they come from, if they are tied to a dangerous religious belief, or if they attended a terrorist training camp; because the U.S. Constitution is not a Suicide Pact, as told by Abraham Lincoln:
